13. Guarantee

SOEHNLE guarantees rectification of faults based on material or
production errors, free of charge, either by repair or replacement,
for 5 years as of the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt
of purchase and guarantee slip. In case of a guarantee claim,
please return the device, guarantee slip and receipt of purchase
to your seller.
All SOEHNLE heat products are marked
with the Eco-Tex Certificate 100, which is
globally recognized and certifies that none
of the textile components contain any
substances that are harmful to your
health.
The SOEHNLE Safety Concept guarantees
the consumer the maximum level of safe-
ty. Exclusive manufacture, additional test
criteria, and high SOEHNLE safety stan-
dards, e.g. switch monitoring, heating ele-
ment insulation, auto-off timer, mains-in
safety, and thermal safety with auto-off
function, convey a good feeling all
around.
With this certification mark, the pro-
ducts as well as the production proces-
ses are subject to periodic control by
TÜV Süd.
