CLEANING

• Only clean the main unit, the battery and the electric floor nozzle with a dry cloth, do not use water
or other liquids.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
• Dust container, cyclone filter, crevice nozzle and the 2 in 1 upholstery nozzle can also be cleaned
with a damp cloth. Please note that all parts must be completely dry before assembly and re-
commissioning.
• The extension suction pipe can also be cleaned from the outside with a damp cloth, but the electronic
plug connections on both sides of the pipe must not be cleaned with a damp cloth.

• To clean the electric floor nozzle, the brush can be removed from the floor nozzle. To do this, open the
cover on the right side of the floor nozzle by pressing the two small plastic noses together with two
fingers. Then pull the brush together with the black flap out of the floor nozzle.
• Remove impurities from the brush and floor nozzle, do not use water or other liquids.Replace the
brush in the floor nozzle, making sure that the brush and flap are correctly aligned. Slide the brush all
the way into the floor nozzle until the flap audibly engages.

STORAGE

Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children and
animals. If the device will not be used for a longer period of time, remove the battery from the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not function properly, check whether a problem can be solved by yourself. If the above
steps do not solve the problem, contact customer service.

• Is the suction opening blocked? Switch off the appliance and remove
the blockage.
• Some particles may also be stuck to the carpet or too large/too
heavy to be picked up by the unit. Remove these particles by hand.
When vacuuming, dust • Check that the dust container and filter holder are correctly inserted

Strange smell • At the first use of the device, a new smell is normal, it disappears
with time.
