Advance checks
Check the following before driving off:
ƒ whether the lights are working;
ƒ the battery voltage shown in the display;
ƒ the tyre pressure (see the 'Maintenance'
chapter);
ƒ whether the freewheel lever is pointing
down (electric driving position, see page 27);
whether the battery charger has been

removed.
Getting in and out by yourself
Attention
ƒ Make sure that the seat is properly locked in
place before driving off.
Getting in/out
1. Push the seat lever* (T) down.
2. Rotate the seat a quarter turn anticlockwise
or clockwise.
3. Get in or out.
4. Rotate the seat back again until you hear a
click.
The seat is now locked in place.
Starting

1. Insert the key in the ignition lock (W).
2. Turn the key a quarter turn clockwise.
