2.8.3 File management

A simple file browser offers you an overview of the files saved
on the SD card. These can also be moved to other folders or
deleted.
3. Multiple Browser Support
This camera can be operated with all standard browsers.
Note that MPEG4 and H.264 formats are supported only by
Microsoft Internet Explorer. For other browsers, use the MJPEG
image mode.
4. Operation Using the Internet
To use the Internet to access the camera, the following
components and configuration steps are required:
1. DynDNS account
Normally, you receive a new IP address from your Internet
Service Provider (ISP) every 24 hours. To retain access to the
camera, you need to assign a static address to the camera.
Go to www.dyndns.org to create a free user account. You can
use DynDNS to control the camera via an Internet address:
e.g.: http://hama53116.dyndns.org
2. Port forwarding
If you are using a router or a firewall, you must enable certain
ports and, if necessary, forward them to the camera's IP
address.
Refer to your router or firewall manual for instructions on confi-
guring port forwarding.
As long as you have not changed the standard ports, you must
enable the following ports:
AV Control Port: 4321, 4322
RTSP: 554 and 50000 to 60000
5. Access Using a Smartphone or Tablet PC
5.1 iOS devices
As a user of a smartphone or tablet PC with an iOS
operating system, you are able to download the "Hama
Cam" app from the App Store for free.
You will then have the option of entering the camera's IP
address and using the app to connect to the camera.

5.2 Other operating systems
Users of other operating systems enter the camera's address in
the browser bar as follows:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ipcam.asp
Note that you must enter the camera's IP address
or DynDNS address in place of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
The filename "/ipcam.asp" is always required.
6. Safety Instructions:
Do not use the device in moist or extremely dusty areas, on
radiators or near heat sources.
This device is not designed for use outdoors. Protect the device
from pressure and impact.
The device may not be opened or moved during operation. Do
not use the device without an antenna attached.
Warning! Use the camera with the enclosed power supply unit
only.
Using other power supply units can cause irreparable
damage to the product.
