Rechargeable grater Use instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.

Charging/recharging of the grater
The rechargeable battery provides the necessary energy to make the grater work and has to be periodically recharged.
Insert the battery into the charger and plug it into the wall socket.
The charge indicator light will turn on when the charger is correctly connected to the socket.
Full charge requires approx. 3 hours, for approx. 40 minutes of operation time.
After charging is complete, remove the battery from the charger and place it into the grater.
Operation time may vary based on the type of food grated and battery charge status.
For better and more efficient charging, allow the battery to discharge completely and then proceed with full charging.
The more this operation is carried out throughout the year, the better the performance of the grater will be.
Operation
The rechargeable grater is designed for Parmesan and Grana Padano cheese; it is suitable also for other kinds of firm and
semi-firm cheeses. It cannot be used for cheeses and other food that contain a lot of liquid (such as tomatoes, mozzarella
cheese, fresh fruit, etc.).
When used for the first time, or after a long period without using it, wash the rollers with warm water and mild detergent,
rinse and wipe them well.
It is possible to choose between 2 different rollers:
a. thick grater roller
b. fine grater roller
Insert the desired roller into the grater, press the unlock button to unlock the roll; push and turn until the roller is completely
inserted.
Release the lock/unlock button and check that it is correctly inserted.
Insert the fully charged battery into the battery case found at the back of the grater, align the locking tabs with the slots and
push the battery until completely inserted.
The cheese grater is now ready to be used.
