4. MAINTENANCE
AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SEASON:
•
Tighten all components (before each use).
•
Lubricate all moving metal parts with lithium grease.
•
Check all Allen screws and tighten them if necessary. If they are damaged, replace them with
slackers screws or screws of the same quality.
•
Check all moving parts for wear or other deterioration. Replace the parts if necessary.
•
Check all metal parts for rust. Touch up the affected areas with anti-rust paint.
ONCE A MONTH DURING THE SEASON:
•
Check all parts for wear, rust, or other deterioration. If necessary, replace the parts with original
spare parts from slackers.
•
Dismantle the Tree Climbers at the end of the season or when the temperature drops below 0 ° C
and store them indoors in a cool, dry place (see storage).

Surface condition: It is recommended to maintin a protection area on the ground with a depth of at
least 30 cm. It should be filled with loose materials such as wood mulch/ chips, wood material fibers
or shredded / recycled rubber mulch. Note: The initial level of 30 cm will condense over time.
Fill the protection area regularly. Repeat this process at least twice a month during the season.
•
Make sure that children cannot climb over a height of 2.5 m (measured from the ground).
•
In general, keep a distance of at least 2 m on all sides from the area where the Tree Climbers are
used.
•
Adult supervision always required.
•
Tree climbers must not be left unattended in public areas.
•
Do not install in direct sunlight. Long exposure to direct sunlight can damage the product.
•
Before each use, ensure that all parts are properly installed and free of any visible damage.
•
Do not attach any objects to the equipment that are not specifically designed for this purpose,
including Skipping ropes, clotheslines, dog leashes, cables, chains, etc.; risk of strangulation.
