- This device is intended for permanent mounting to a wall with a minimum height of 300 mm.
The wall bracket must be positioned horizontally and the cable must be positioned to the right
of the device.
- To allow for an ideal view, it is recommended that the device is installed with a minimum dis-
tance of 600 mm from the floor. Please refer to figure 1 for recommended installation dimensi-
ons.
- T o ensure an ideal view, please observe the recommended installation dimensions (figure 2)
to mark the positions of the top mounting screws on the wall.
- NOTE: Please use a spirit level when marking the hole positions, to ensure that the bracket is
positioned horizontally.
- Use a number six drill bit to drill the holes.
- Use the included plugs and screws to attach the wall-bracket.
- Use the two small black screws to attach the bottom mounting bracket to the base of the
fireplace. Make sure that the bracket is mounted flush to the back of the device.
- Lift up the device carefully, and make sure that the top back edge of the device is inserted in
the wall bracket and positioned centrally (see figure 2, inside circle). This step should be per-
formed by two people to prevent injuries and damage to property or the device.
- Carefully position the device on the wall.
- M ark the mounting holes for the bottom mounting bracket on the wall (see figure 3) and remo-
ve the device.
- Drill the holes into the wall and insert the plugs.
- Mount the device to the wall and attach the bottom mounting bracket to the wall using the
included screws, to attach the device permanently.
- P lace the front trim over the front of the flame unit and align the slots in the brackets on both
sides of the front panel with the edges of the fire unit (see figure 4). Two people are needed to
carry out this step.
