The alarm indicator is flashing and the alarm buzzer is sounding.
The energizer has detected a sudden increase in the load on the fence.
This may occur:
• if a cutout switch is closed, connecting a heavily loaded section of the fence to the energizer.
• if a branch falls on the fence.
• i f the fence or lead out cable connecting the energizer to it experiences a sudden short
to the ground.
• if an animal or person becomes entangled in the fence.
Switch the energizer off, locate and remedy the fault then turn the energizer on again.
The energizer is switching to standby mode unexpectedly.
A neighbour's remote control may be affecting your energizer?
Change your energizer's address setting using the remote control (see the remote
control user's manual).
