When using stainless steel and Cu/Ms connecting
sets in connection with soft seal screw connec-
tions, the pipe ends on the connecting sets are
always to be expanded with the REHAU expander
head (Mat. No. 12166941001).
When assembling radiator connecting sets
RAUTITAN always expand pipe ends with the
REHAU expander head 15 x 1.0 QC.
The following assembly steps
are to be observed:
1. Push the union nut onto the
connecting set.
2. Expand the pipe ends once
with the REHAU expander,
the RAUTOOL Xpand or the
RAU-TOOL A-light2 Kombi
and the right REHAU
expander head.
3. Insert the pipe as far as the
stop in the Eurocone and
screw on the union nut.
