Overload protection

All the power supplies include an
overload protection fuse that will
switch the power off if the blades

f If the overload protection fuse has
activated, check the blades for
blockages. Clear any obstructions and

replace any damaged blades. Ensure
blades are correctly tensioned and oiled.

f The Lithium Powerpack fuse and
the Mains Adaptor fuse will reset
automatically, clipping can then resume.

Cleaning & Storage
f Wipe the handle with a soft cloth. Use

a brush to remove hair and dirt from the
blades and clipper-head.
f Remove the blades for cleaning. Care

should be taken not to lose the tension
spring. Oil the blades before storage.

f Store in a clean, dry, safe place.

plug and cable clean, dry and in
order at all times.

could damage the appliance and

f Only wipe the appliance with a
soft, slightly damp cloth.
Servicing and repairs
If the cutting performance
deteriorates, the blades should be
re-sharpened or replaced.
Accessories and spare parts are
available from your dealer or our
service centre.
The Lithium Powerpack contains no
servicable parts.
f After every 100 hours use, remove the
clipper-head (Fig. 5) and wipe away
hair and used grease from the gear
wheel. Check for wear and broken teeth.
Re-coat the gears with clean grease (R2
or equivalent). Refit clipper-head before
operating.
Danger of explosion or fire!
f Never attempt to replace the
Lithium battery cells. Do not
post or ship a faulty Lithium
Powerpack.
