 If the device only switches on when connected to the mains

battery is handled incorrectly.
 Do not use rechargeable batteries that are damaged in any
way.
 Do not take the rechargeable batteries apart or deform them.
 Leaked liquids must not come into contact with the skin, eyes
or mucous membranes. Do not swallow the liquid under any
circumstances.
 Always wear appropriate protective gloves when handling
leaking rechargeable batteries.
 If you nevertheless come into contact with the liquid, rinse
the affected areas with plenty of clean water.
 Consult a doctor immediately if you notice any skin changes
or feel discomfort.
 Keep rechargeable batteries away from children. Consult a
doctor immediately if rechargeable batteries are swallowed.

3.4. Ambient temperature

 The device can be operated at an ambient temperature of 5°C
to +35°C.
 When switched off, the device can be stored at temperatures
of between 0°C and +40°C.
 Never use the device anywhere that is damp or wet.
