SOLVING
Check that there is gas in the gas cylinder.
Check that the regulator has been correctly assembled and that
there are no kinks in the hose.
There may be air in the hose. Open the valve on the gas cylinder
and turn the heater control up to max for a short time to allow
the gas to reach the burner.
The carbon dioxide level in the area is too high. Ventilate the
room to reduce the carbon dioxide level.
The gas cylinder is too cold. The gas cylinder must be at room
temperature to work.
If the heater goes off shortly after lighting it, check to make
sure there are no leaks. See the section CHECKING FOR LEAKS.
If the heater switches off after using it for a while, this could
mean that the room is too poorly ventilated and the carbon
dioxide level is too high.
Make sure the heater is not in a draught, where the air is
moving the element you are trying to light.
