BarrelQ is multifunctional. It is a BBQ, a
fire pit, but also...a side table! Put the lid
on it and you have a table. How many
beers would fit on there?

Did you know that the BarrelQ is
especially responsible when it comes to
occupational health and safety? You do
not have to bend far to reach your meat.
That saves you from a hernia. Grilling at
hip height, baby! (the mini does not have
this advantage unless you are a gnome)
FIRE PIT
The BarrelQ is not just to barbecue
with... You can also use it as a fire pit.
Throw some wood in the basket and
light it up... Amazing sight! And nice
and warm. You can also light the flames
below in the BarrelQ, but we do not
recommend that because then the paint
will peel off in no time. You will then
have a rusty BarrelQ... However, that
would also look tough, of course.
SAFETY
If you did not know it yet: the BarrelQ will get hot when used. Therefore, just a suggesti-
on: use your common sense. If you do not have that, here are some suggestions.
Suggestion 1: Place it in a good spot
Place the barbecue on a solid, flat surface. And do not move it during the use of the barbecue.
That is why you should make sure it is on the right spot, before you light it up. Do not move a
burning or still hot barbecue.
Suggestion 2: Keep sufficient distance
Always keep sufficient distance from flammable objects, like trees, wooden fences or pergolas.
Keep children and pets at a distance. (duh!) Use long pins, meat forks and tongs.
Suggestion 3: Be prepared
Do not wear easily flammable clothing and also do not barbecue bare-chested. (not pleasant for
anyone anyway...) Keep extinguishing equipment, water and sand near you.
Suggestion 4: Watch your environment
Do not barbecue under an overhanging roof and definitely not indoors. In addition to the fire
hazard there is also the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. At a barbecue in the great outdoors:
in case of drought, forest, heathland and dunes are very flammable.
