b. „EASY"  arresting knob engaged  for hard foods
„ The "EASY" mode is engaged by pressing down the narrow plate with the word "EASY" and locking the arresting
knob in place. If you are unable to press down the plate, pull on the string slightly as you push down.
„ By disengaging the arresting knob, you can go back to the "normal" mode.

Spinning

1. To quickly dry foods such as berries and herbs etc.., you can put the strainer basket (4) into the container (7)
instead of the the blade insert (2).
2. Put the washed food inside the strainer basket (4) and position the lid until you hear it click.
3. Now put the strainer basket (4) with the lid (5) inside the container (7) and put on the lid with pull string (1).
4. To spin­dry the contents, pull the handle gently in order to avoid the food being damaged by the centrifugal
force.

Whisking and mixing

1. To prepare mousses, sauces etc., put the whisk insert (3) inside the container.
2. Fill with ingredients, put on the lid with pull string (1) and pull the handle several times until the desired
consistency is reached.

Keeping food fresh

1. With the fresh keeping lid (6) you can keep any chopped and prepared foods in the fridge.

Care and cleaning

„ All parts, except the lid with pull string (1), are dishwasher­safe. We recommend washing the blades carefully
by hand, however, in order to maintain their quality and sharpness for a long time.
„ Please take great care when washing the blades by hand. Do not allow the blades to lie with other tableware in
the washing­up bowl, as you could easily injure yourself.
„ Do not put the lid with pull string (1) in the dishwasher and do not put it in the washing­up water. It is sufficient
to simply wipe or rinse this under running water. If any water gets inside the lid with pull string (1), using a
coin, open the water drain on the underside of the lid. Remove any water and allow the lid to dry for several
hours. Then screw the water drain back in place.

Disposal

In the event that the product and/or accessories can no longer be used, they should be disposed of with the
household rubbish. It can be disposed of by the municipal waste management services.
The packaging material can be recycled. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly way and take it to
your recycling site.
