Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
The battery has no power and the light bar does not light up after pressing the button .
After switching on, all light bars flash.
When driving with low power, e.g. 5%, the power is off and the screen turns black.
After parking, switching on within a short period of time, e.g. 1 to 2 hours,
the displayed power increases or decreases drastically.
When driving with normal power, e.g. 15%, the power is off and the screen goes black.
After parking, switching on within a short period of time, e.g. 1 to 2 hours,
the displayed capacity increases or decreases dramatically.
After parking, powering on for a longer period of time. For example, the
displayed capacity of the dashboard decreases dramatically overnight.
