10. Repeat steps 8‑9 at each brake cylinder.
11. Make sure all brake cylinder nipples are closed and turn the
unit off. Fully depressurize the unit by rotating the pressure
relief valve clockwise.
12. Disconnect the fluid delivery hose from the main unit.
Remove the master cylinder reservoir adapter from the
vehicle reservoir and disconnect the battery leads.
13. Refill the vehicle reservoir manually until the correct level of
fluid is reached in the reservoir. Refit the vehicle's brake fluid
reservoir cap.
Changing Brake Fluid
1. Following the procedures for brake bleeding procedure as
described in Brake Bleeding.
2. Allow more time for the flow of brake fluid when bleeding,
so the new fluid can flush out the old fluid. When new
fluid can be seen in the clear tube, securely tighten the
brake nipple.
3. Repeat this procedure at each wheel.
4. Disconnect as described in Brake Bleeding.
NOte: After the brake bleeding/changing is complete, test
the action of the brakes to ensure that the brakes are working
correctly before driving the vehicle.
Clutch Bleeding
1. Refer to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions for clutch
bleeding procedure.
2. If no specific instructions from the vehicle manufacturer
exist, follow the procedures as described in Brake Bleeding
procedure section of the manual.
3. Dispose of waste brake fluid properly. Recycle the waste
fluid at a authorised recycling center.

Maintenance

Check the brake fluid in the brake bleeder before each
use and observe level during operation making sure the
level never falls below 3 cm. If the fluid level drops below
min. level allowing air into the pump of the unit, it will be
necessary to re‑bleed the unit.
The pump in the unit has an automatic over current reset
instead of a fuse. Reset will take approximately 2 minutes
from switch off.
Brake fluid in the unit will not deteriorate if the cap remain
tightly closed.
Wipe unit clean with a dampened cloth.
