How to cook :
The device is perfect for cooking a vast variety of meals such as baby food, risottos,
mashed potatoes, pudding, vegetable soup, goulash, chili con carne, and many more !
1.
Install the cooking bowl and the desired cooking tool.
2.
Add the ingredients into the cooking bowl.
3.
Close the bowl with its lid : turn it lightly until you hear a "click".
4.
Plug in the device.
5.
Select the desired cooking time with the time setting button (less than one hour).
6.
Select the temperature between 30°C and 120°C with the temperature button.
7.
Select the desired speed from 1 to 4 with the speed button.
8.
The unit will start and the timer begins to count down.
9.
The device will emit a warning signal when the cooking time ends, the display blinks
for 5 minutes and the appliance turns off automatically.
Notes and warnings :
•
Place the lid on the bowl and gently turn the lid to align with the handle.
•
The maximum capacity of the cooking bowl is 2 Liters. Do not overfill it.
•
Never touch the metal part of the bowl when cooking, or right after use : remove the
cooking bowl only by the handle.
•
Never heat the bowl when it is empty.
•
To heat the food longer, reset a speed setting : the device will restart.
•
The cooking can start without timer. To stop it, turn off the appliance manually.
•
The selected temperature must be higher than the temperature of the ingredients in
the bowl.
•
Never heat more than 500ml of milk.
How to mix :
1.
Install the cooking bowl and the desired cooking tool.
2.
Add the ingredients into the cooking bowl.
3.
Close the bowl with its chopper lid : turn it lightly until you hear a "click".
4.
Plug in the device.
5.
Select the desired speed from 1 to 4 with the speed button.
6.
The transparent lid allows to check that the preparation is sufficiently mixed.
7.
Ingredients can be added through the hole in the lid.
8.
Stop the mixing manually.
Notes and warnings :
•
The blade is very sharp, use it with care : hold it only by the plastic holder at the top.
•
To crush very hard foods such as coffee beans or almonds, proceed by 40-seconds
steps with 10-minutes breaks between each step.
