• Reinsert the filter into the retainer.
• Insert the inside cover into the mount-
ing tube with the opening facing
upwards or put the front panel back on
if cover is permanently mounted.
Clean the fan and heat exchanger

Maintain the fan and heat exchanger as
follows:
• Switch off the system at the control
unit.
• Remove the inside cover from the
mounting tube or, in the case of perma-
nently mounted covers, remove their
front panel.
WARNING
Risk of cable damage!
The cable is not designed to withstand strain.
• Disconnect the cable at the connector.
Never pull the cable itself.
• Unplug the connector from the fan.
• Without damaging the cable, pull out
the fan and heat exchanger at the
bracket.
• Check the fan and heat exchanger.
• Clean the fan grille and rotor blades
with a brush and vacuum cleaner.
• Clean the heat exchanger with a vacu-
um cleaner or carefully clean the ducts
with water if necessary.
• Check the pre-filter of the heat exchang-
er and replace it if necessary.
• Without damaging the cable, push
the heat exchanger carefully into the
mounting tube as far as it will go.
• Without damaging the cable, insert the
fan carefully into mounting tube.
• Insert the fan connector and push the
fan carefully up to the heat exchanger in
the mounting tube.
