Never operate the ventilation unit with the
inside cover closed, as this can damage the
system.
Depending on the inside cover selected, it
is closed by a cap supplied or an integrated
flap. Both options are shown below.
Inside cover with cap
Closing
• Switch off ventilation unit at control
unit.
• Remove the inside cover from the
mounting tube.
• Place the supplied cap on the inside
cover opening.
• Insert the inside cover into the mount-
ing tube with the opening facing
upwards.
Opening
• Remove the inside cover from the
mounting tube.
• Remove the cap from the inside cover.
• Insert the inside cover into the mount-
ing tube with the opening facing
upwards.
• Switch on the ventilation unit at the
control unit.

Closing
• Switch off ventilation unit at control
unit.
• Remove the inside cover from the
mounting tube or, in the case of perma-
nently mounted covers, remove their
front panel.
• Fold down the integrated flap.
• Insert the inside cover into the mount-
ing tube with the opening facing
upwards or put the front panel back on
if cover is permanently mounted.
Opening
• Remove the inside cover from the
mounting tube or, in the case of perma-
nently mounted covers, remove their
front panel.
• Fold the integrated flap upwards and
latch into place.
• Insert the inside cover into the mount-
ing tube with the opening facing
upwards or put the front panel back on
if cover is permanently mounted.
• Switch on the ventilation unit at the
control unit.
