Installation advice
For applications in Ultra High Vacuum.
This sensor has been designed for installation
in the vacuum chamber wall. All Materials inside
the vacuum have been selected in terms of
outgassing characteristics. A Viton o-ring is
included.
(Detailed information can be provided upon request)
This sensor can be operated with all amplifiers
of the BAE SA-OH type.
For connection to the amplifier a connecting
cable of the type
BCC M314-M313-50-712-PS0402
is required.
Note: The BAE SA-OH amplifiers for all

MICROmote
ensors are not suitable for
operation in high vacuum.
