COLOUR THERAPY

The colour therapy is based on the posi ve effects of colours on the human being and on the energe c
centres of our body (chakras). The loss of balance of the energe c centres is one of the main factors in
the occurrence of different diseases.
RED s mulates brain ac vity, increases heart rate, improves breathing and stabilizes blood pressure. Red
ac vates the first chakra (coccyx). It warms us up and it s mulates blood circula on.From the spiritual point of
view it is the basic colour of fire and it helps us find the harmony between our body and soul.
ORANGE is the colour of freedom and wisdom. It influences the second chakra (sacrum). It is energizing, it
s mulates one's appe te and it is a good colour for trea ng the diseases of the large intes ne and indiges on. It
is the colour of freedom and it helps you find yourself.
YELLOW is energizing, it relieves depression, improves memory & appe te and it helps in indiges on problems.
Spiritually it is the colour of wisdom and it helps retrieving oneself.
GREEN has a calming effect and it helps us find the perfect balance as our nervous system is concerned. Green
cools off, relaxes both physically and mentally, it helps in case of depression, anxiety, nervousness. It is a
beneficial colour to treat heart diseases, high blood pressure and stomach ulcer.
BLUE is the colour that favours the treatment of airways and throat infec ons and diseases. Blue is calming and
refreshing for our body, that is why it is the proper colour to lower one's blood pressure. Spiritually it is the colour
of health.
PURPLE is the colour of purifica on, it consolidates and it makes one more conscious, it lowers appe te and it
