You have purchased the best infrared sauna!
Read carefully the warranty conditions !
This warranty is void if the infrared sauna has been altered, misused or abused. Such instances shall include
opera on or maintenance of the sauna in devia on to the published instruc ons. The warranty extends only to
the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resul ng from mishandling of the product by the
owner. The heaters (magnesium and/or quartz heaters) and/or control unit warranty is void if installed in a
moisture room shower.
Under no circumstances shall Alpha industries or any of its representa ves be held liable for injury to any
person or damage to any property, however it might arise. The warranty is not applicable to glass doors and
lamps.
The warranty is limited to the dispatch of the spare parts a er receiving the damaged ones (labour not
included). Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
Wood is a living material that con nues to respond to climate condi ons, even a er being manufactured into
an infrared sauna. Varia ons in the colour or grain, and irregulari es such as fine cracks are part of the natural
beauty of the wood and in no way should be considered defects. During normal opera on, wood may crack
slightly due to the changes in moisture level. This will not affect the structural integrity of the cabin.
WARRANTY TERMS
Infrared sauna InfraWave – 2 years as from the date of purchase
Magnesium oxide heaters – 25 years as from the date of purchase
Quartz heaters – 5 years as from the date of purchase
Please keep your invoice, it is your warranty cer ficate. This infrared sauna can be used exclusively for domes c
purposes, i.e. 3 to 5 sessions per week. The warranty is void if the infrared sauna is used for commercial
purposes.
COMPLAINTS
All the complaints are accepted exclusively in wri ng. Use our online form to submit your complaint on
www.alpha-wellness-sensa ons.com . It has to contain a detailed descrip on, the serial number of the product
and the copy of the purchase order.
ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be men oned on the delivery note. Alpha Industries must be no fied
of any damage to your infrared sauna within two (2) business days of signing the delivery note. Failure to
no fy Alpha Industries within the established me frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for
cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.
All liabili es with regard to visible defects are expressly excluded a er a period of 8 days has lapsed following
the delivery.
