Enjoy correctly your infrared sauna!
Please read carefully the user guide below.
The power supply required for the infrared sauna is 220V – 16 amperes.
ћ This infrared sauna is to be installed indoors and it was foreseen to be used only for domes c purposes
only. It must not be installed outdoors or in areas with high levels of humidity or with constant current of air.
To ensure air circula on one can use the ven la on hatch or simply open the door.
ћ
The infrared sauna is equipped with a thermostat, as soon as the required temperature is reached, the
ћ
infrared heater switches off automa cally.
ћ It is recommended to have two towels during an infrared session: one to be laid on the bench and the other
one to wipe the sweat. We also advise you to use a mat for the feet.
Do not cover the heaters with towels or with any other inflammable materials, since it may cause a fire!
ћ
One has to drink water or fruit juice before and a er the infrared session to avoid dehydra on.
ћ
It is recommended to leave the door open a er the session.
ћ
ћ In case of serious diseases, cardiac diseases, pregnancy and/or general bad condi on, you always need to
consult your physician as concerns the influence of the infrared sauna.
ћ The infrared sauna is not to be used by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental
capabili es or lack of experience and knowledge prevents them from using the appliance safely without
supervision or instruc on. It is not recommended to bring your pets inside the infrared sauna.
ћ In case you feel bad or dizzy during the infrared session, you need to interrupt the session immediately.
Use a clean damp cloth to clean the wood. Do not use detergents.
ћ
ћ Sweat stains are very difficult to remove, therefore we kindly advise you to always use a towel. Eventually
one can delicately use sandpaper to remove the stains.
All our products are manufactured according to the interna onal standards and European regula ons. They are
assembled and tested before being dispatched from the factory. Nevertheless in case you no ce a failure, please
contact your retailer.
USAGE
ћ
Turn on your infrared sauna by means of the control unit.
ћ
Adjust the me and temperature by using the corresponding bu ons.
ћ
Use the switch on the heater to choose the quartz or the magnesium heater.
ћ
Wait for +/- 10 minutes before entering the infrared sauna in case you prefer to use the magnesium oxide
heaters (middle waves). Let it pre-heat in order to have a pleasant environmental temperature.
ћ In case you use the quartz heaters (the incandescent ones), you can enter the infrared sauna immediately.
Take a rest a er the infrared session, your body con nues to sweat. A erwards take a lukewarm shower.
