Step 5: After done the assembling, start the treadmill and set the speed under 3km/h
to check if all the part of running belt runs well, and in the required condition. After
done the checking, move the treadmill to the suitable location, then you can start
your workout!

Lift up the machine with force and pull up
until you hear a "click" sound made by the
safety casing locking the pneumatic
cylinder.
Kick the safety sleeve lightly and pull down
the machine at the same time as the arrow
direction. Then the machine will fall down
smoothly.
