4. INTRODUCTION
The Laminato are floor type dough sheeters with thread commutator. This machine is produced
to extend and mould the dough into sheets for Danish bread, croissant and puff pastry etc.
Each side of the machine has a conveyor belt. Dough is pressed between a couple of rollers
from one side, rolled and put out from the other side. The speed of the inlet side is slower than
that of the outlet side. When changing transportation direction, the speed shifts automatically.
During operation, the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted gradually till getting the
desired dough thickness.
5. FEATURES
Shifting speed by thread commutator and chain wheel.
Chain wheel drive avoids conveyor belt slip.
Remove scrapers for claening easily without tools.
Use manual lever or footboard switch conveniently for operation.
Safety grid for safe use.
Transportation platform can be lifted when the machine is not in operation.

7. COMMISSIONING
After connecting the power supply, please use the manual lever or footboard switch to ensure
operation is ok.
7.1. Check the tension degree of conveyor belts:
If the conveyor belt is not tight enough, there will be a slip during rolling dough. If the conveyor
belt is too tight, it will result in machine abrasion. If one side of the belt is tighter than the other,
the belt will move to the side which is looser than the other, the tension of the looser one has to
be increased.
How to proceed

Remove on both sides of the table the two bolts holding the hand protection plates.

Unscrew the bolt of the guide shaft a bit in order to enable you to shift the protection plate.
3.
Turn the protection plate down, you will now see the setting nut. By turning this nut, you can
adapt the tension of the belt.

Connect the electric cables to the machine with a circuit breaker which is
about 1.5m high from the ground.
Connect the right power supply according to the indication on the machine
nameplate.
The machine must have ground protection.
