Die Flanschschrauben sind über Kreuz anzuziehen. Bei
Metallfl anschen soll das Gehäuse der Absperrklappe mit
den Dichtleisten der Gegenfl ansche rundum „auf Block"
sitzen.(Siehe Abb. 3)
•
Bei Kunststoff -Leitungssystemen mit GFK-Flanschen sind
für den Anzug der Flanschschrauben die Drehmoment-
grenzwerte der jeweiligen Rohr– und Flanschenhersteller
zu beachten.
•
Für den Anschluss des Antriebes an die Steuerung des
Antriebs gilt die Anleitung des Antriebsherstellers.
•
Zum Abschluss des Einbaus ist eine Funktionsprüfung mit
den Signalen der Steuerung durchzuführen: Die Armatur
muss entsprechend den Steuerbefehlen richtig schließen
und öff nen. Erkennbare Funktionsstörungen sind unbe-
dingt vor der Inbetriebnahme zu beheben.
Fehlerhaft ausgeführte Steuerbefehle könnten Gefahr für
Leib und Leben bedeuten und Schäden im Rohrleitungs-
system verursachen.

tightening of the fl ange screws.

With the connection of the actuator to the control the
actuator manual manufacturer applies.

At the end of the installation an operational check with
the signals of the control should be carried out: the valve
has to close and open properly according to the control
commands. detected malfunctions are absolutely to be
resolved before implementation.
Wrongly executed control commands can involves a risk
of life and limb.
