Installation
1.Einbau in die Rohrleitung
1.1 Vor der Installation:
Für den Einbau von Armaturen in eine Rohrleitung gelten
dieselben Anweisungen wie für die Verbindung von Rohren und
ähnlichen Rohrleitungselementen. Für Armaturen gelten die
nachfolgenden Anweisungen zusätzlich. Für den Transport zum
Einbauort ist auch der Abschnitt 1.2 zu beachten.
Bei APE-Armaturen dürfen keine separaten Flanschdichtun-
gen verwendet werden: Die gummielastische Gehäuseaus-
kleidung besitzt integrierte Dichtwülste, die an den Dicht-
leistungen der Gegenfl ansche abdichten. Gegenfl ansche
müssen daher glatte Dichtleisten haben, z.B. Vorschweiß-
fl ansche nach EN 1092-1 Type 11 mit Dichtleisten nach Form
B oder E. Andere Flanschformen sind mit dem Hersteller
Airpower europe GmbH (APE) abzustimmen.
Die Bestätigungsvorrichtung ist für die in der Bestellung
angegebenen Betriebsdaten Ausgelegt: Die Einstellung der
Endanschläge „AUF" und „ZU" darf ohne Zustimmung des
Herstellers Airpower europe GmbH nicht verändert werden.
Wenn - im Ausnahmefall - eine Armatur ohne Antrieb montiert
werden muss, ist sicherzustellen, dass eine solche Armatur
nicht mit Druck beaufschlagt wird. Wenn eine Antriebsein-
heit nachgerüstet wird, muss Drehmoment, Drehrichtung,
Betätigungswinkel und die Einstellung der Endanschläge
„AUF" und „ZU" mit dem Hersteller Airpower europe GmbH
abgestimmt sein. Missachtungen dieser Vorschriften könnten
Gefahr für den Benutzer bedeuten und Schäden im Rohrlei-
tungssystem verursachen.
Armaturen mit Elektroantrieb:
APE-Armatur müssen in beiden Endlagen wegabhängig ab-
geschaltet werden. Die Signale bei Ansprechen des Drehmo-
mentschalters sind für die Meldung „Störung" zu verwenden.
1.2 Arbeitsschritte:
•
Armatur in der Schutzverpackung zum Einbauort
transportieren und erst dort auspacken.
•
Armatur und Antrieb auf Transportschäden untersuchen.
Beschädigte Armaturen oder Antriebe dürfen nicht einge-
baut werden.
•
Sicherstellen, dass nur Armaturen eingebaut werden,
deren Druckklasse, Anschlussart und Anschlussabmes-
sungen den Einsatzbedingungen entsprechen. Siehe
Typenschild an der Armatur. Die Anschlussdaten für den
Antrieb müssen mit den Daten der Steuerung übereinstim-
men. Siehe Typschild am Antrieb.
Das Typschild bzw. Kennzeichnungen an der Armatur müssen
nach Inbetriebnahme identifi zierbar bleiben.
Es darf keine Armatur betrieben werden, deren zugelasse-
ner Druck-/ Temperaturbereich für die Betriebsbedingung
nicht ausreicht. Missachtung dieser Vorschrift bedeutet
Gefahr für Leib und Leben und kann Schäden im Rohrlei-
tungssystem verursachen.
1.Installation in the pipeline
1.1 General remarks:
With the installation of the valves in a pipeline the same inst-
ructions apply as to the connection of pipes and similar piping
elements. The following instructions additionally apply to valves.
For the installation site please also observe section 1.2.
With APE-Valves no separate fl ange seals must be used: the
elastic body lining features integrated sealing beads, which
seal on the sealing strips of the counterfl anges. Counterfl an-
ges must feature smooth sealing strips e.g. blank fl anges in
accordance with the EN 1092-1 Type 11 with packing strip in
according fi gure B1 or E2 or EN1759-1 Type 11 with packing
strip according fi gure B or E. Other fl ange shapes are to be
agreed on with the manufacturer, Airpower europe GmbH
(APE).
The actuator is adjusted for the operating data stated in the
order: The setting of the end stops "OPEN" and "CLOSED"
must not be altered without the consent of the manufacturer,
Airpower europe GmbH.
If - in an exceptional case - a valve has to be mounted
without actuator, it has to be ensured that such a valve is not
pressurized. If an actuation unit is retrofi tted, torque, direc-
tion of rotation, actuating angle and the setting of the end
stops "OPEN" and "CLOSED" have to be agreed on with the
manufacturer, Airpower europe GmbH. The non-compliance
of these instructions might involve danger to the user and
cause damage to the pipe system.
Valves with electric actuator: APE-Valves have to be shut off
in a direction-dependent manner in both end positions. The
signals when the torque switch responds are to be used for
the "fault" message. For further notes please refer to the
manual for the electric actuator.
1.2 Procedure:
•
Transport valve in the protective packaging to the installati-
on site and unpack it only there.
•
Inspect valve and actuator for damage in transit. Damaged
valves or actuators must not be installed.
•
Make sure that only valves are installed the pressure
class, connection type and connection dimensions of
which meet the application requirements. See name plate
on the valve. The connection data for the actuator have to
correspond to the data of the control. See name plate on
the actuator.
The name plate or marking on the valve have still to be identifi -
able after implementing.
No valve must be operated above the permissible pressu-
re/ temperature range of which is insuffi cient for the ope-
rating condition. The non - compliance of this instruction
involves a risk to life and limb and may cause damage to
the pipe system.
