Connecting to Facebook and Sending Images
Registering Your Facebook Account on
the Camera
Follow these steps to join CANON iMAGE GATEWAY, prepare for Facebook
connections, and then add your Facebook account to the camera.
For information on countries and regions where CANON iMAGE GATEWAY
is available, visit the Canon website (http://canon.com/cig).
Note that if you do not have a Facebook account, you will need to create
one. For details, visit the Facebook website.

Register as a CANON iMAGE
GATEWAY member.
z z From a computer or other device
connected to the Internet, access
http://canon.com/cig and visit the CANON
iMAGE GATEWAY site for your region.
z z Follow the instructions displayed to
complete member registration (free
of charge).

Connect the camera to a
computer with the interface
cable.
z z Connect the camera to a computer
with the interface cable, referring to
step 3 of "Installing the Software on
Your Computer".

Turn the camera on to access
CameraWindow.
z z Press the <1> button to turn the camera
on.
z z On a Macintosh computer,
CameraWindow is displayed when a
connection is established between the
camera and computer.
