6. Turn the accessory, so the pin on the
shaft is aligned with the groove on
the accessory's top edge. Press the
accessory up against the arm, turn it
clockwise as far as it will go, until the
pin slides into position, thus securely
locking the accessory into place.
The accessory must not be loose nor
should you be able to pull it free.
7. Turn the release button clockwise,
and lower the arm so that it locks into
place with a click.
8. The appliance is now ready for use.
WHISKING, KNEADING AND
MIXING
1. Turn on the appliance by pressing
one of the speed selector buttons on
the control panel.

2. If you need to scrape inside the mix-
ing bowl, wait until the accessory has
stopped completely. Use a spatula,
never your fingers.
3. Press the OFF button on the control
panel to switch off the appliance after
use. Always unplug the appliance
before you change the accessories or
take the appliance apart.
4. Tilt the arm up using the arm release
handle.
5. Turn the accessory anti-clockwise
as far as it will go, and pull it off the
shaft.
6. Remove the mixing bowl.

Speed settings 1-2 should be
used with the dough hook.
Speed setting 3 and 4 should be
used with the whisk.
Speed setting 5 should be used
with the balloon whisk.

Note! The appliance will automatically
switch from the speed setting 1 to the
speed setting 2 after working for 1½
minute at speed setting 1, and will
automatically turn off after working
for 6½ minutes at speed setting 2, or
after working for 9 minutes at speed
settings 3/4/5.
USING THE MEAT GRINDER
Assembly
1. Place the motor section on a flat
surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and
make sure it is standing firmly.
2. Ensure the arm is tilted down and
locked securely in position.
3. Remove the protective cover from the
accessory socket (13).
4. Place the meat grinder body (9) in
the accessory socket. Tilt the tube
roughly 45 degrees out towards you,
so the pins on the meat grinder body
line up with the holes in the acces-
sory socket. Press the lock button
beside the accessory socket and turn
the meat grinder body anti-clockwise
to vertical position. Release the lock
button, so the catch clicks into place
in the hole in the meat grinder body,
locking it fast.
5. Fit the auger (6) in the meat grinder
body, and press firmly into place.
6. Fit the blade (5) on the auger. The
sharp edges of the blade should point
towards the meat screen.
7. Fit one of the three meat screens (2,
3, 4) on top of the blade. Turn the
screen, so the two pins are aligned
with the indentations on the grinder
body. Select the meat screen for the
required consistency. You can choose
fine, medium and coarse.
