Unaccompanied Recording
(Timer Recording)
Example: To record a radio broadcast from 6:30 A.M. to
8:00 A.M.
1. Tune in the radio station you wish to record.
2. Press the TIMER button.
3. Turn the JOG dial to select "TIMER REC" or
"REC".
4. Press the TIMER button (Press ENTER button
when using CD MD Tuner).
5. Set the timer start time (hour).
Turn the JOG dial to set the desired hour, then press
the TIMER button (Press ENTER button when using
CD MD Tuner).
6. Set the timer start time (minutes).
Turn the JOG dial to set the desired minutes, then
press the TIMER button (Press ENTER button when
using CD MD Tuner).
The display will automatically change to show the
time one hour after the set starting time.
7. Set the timer off time (hour).
Turn the JOG dial to set the desired hour, then press
the TIMER button (Press ENTER button when using
CD MD Tuner).
8. Set the timer off time (minutes).
Turn the JOG dial to set the desired minutes, then
press the TIMER button (Press ENTER button when
using CD MD Tuner).
9. Turn the JOG dial to select "OP TAPE" (Turn
the JOG dial to select "TAPE REC" when us-
ing CD MD tuner).
¶ In the case of the CD Tuner Deck, if TAPE REC is
selected at this point, recording will be performed
onto the cassette tape loaded in the CD Tuner
deck.
¶ In the case of the CD MD Tuner, if MD REC is se-
lected at this point, recording will be performed
onto the MiniDisc loaded in the CD MD Tuner.
10. Press the TIMER button (Press ENTER button
when using CD MD Tuner) and the selected
time will be automatically confirmed.
After a few seconds, the timer check is completed.
11. Turn off the unit power.
The system will enter the standby mode.

Exemple: Pour enregistrer une émission de la radio de
6h30 à 8h00 du matin (A.M.).
1. Faites l'accord sur la station de la radio que
vous désirez enregistrer.
2. Appuyez sur la touche TIMER.
3. Tournez la bague JOG pour sélectionner le
mode "TIMER REC" ou "REC".
4. Appuyez sur la touche TIMER (appuyez sur la
touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné radio/
MD/CD).
5. Programmez le moment (heures) de mise en
marche par minuterie.
Tournez la bague JOG pour ajuster à l'heure
souhaitée, puis appuyez sur la touche TIMER
(appuyez sur la touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné
radio/MD/CD).
6. Programmez le moment (minutes) de mise en
marche.
Tournez la bague JOG pour ajuster à la minute
souhaitée, puis appuyez sur la touche TIMER
(appuyez sur la touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné
radio/MD/CD).
L'affichage change automatiquement pour indiquer
une valeur, correspondant à une heure après le mo-
ment programmé pour la mise en marche.
7. Programmez le moment (heure) de la mise à
l'arrêt par minuterie.
Tournez la bague JOG pour ajuster à l'heure
souhaitée, puis appuyez sur la touche TIMER
(appuyez sur la touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné
radio/MD/CD).
8. Programmez le moment (minutes) de la mise
à l'arrêt.
Tournez la bague JOG pour ajuster à la minute
souhaitée, puis appuyez sur la touche TIMER (ou sur
la touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné radio/MD/
CD).
9. Tournez la bague JOG pour sélectionner "OP
TAPE" (ou tournez la bague JOG pour
sélectionner "TAPE REC" à l'emploi du
Combiné radio/MD/CD).
¶ Dans le cas du Combiné radio/cassette/CD, si vous
sélectionnez TAPE REC à ce stade, l'enregistre-
ment s'accomplira sur la cassette, installée dans
le Combiné radio/cassette/CD.
¶ Dans le cas du Combiné radio/MD/CD, si vous
sélectionnez MD REC à ce stade, l'enregistrement
s'accomplira sur le mini-disque, installé dans le
Combiné radio/MD/CD.
10. Appuyez sur la touche TIMER (appuyez sur la
touche ENTER à l'emploi du Combiné radio/
MD/CD) et le moment programmé sera
automatiquement confirmé.
Après quelques secondes, cette vérification s'achève.
11. Coupez l'alimentation électrique.
La chaîne se place en mode d'attente.
7 Pour annuler le réglage en cours:
Appuyez sur une des touches de fonctionnement.
