7 To manually stop recording
Press the stop (7) button. Recording can also be
stopped by pressing the REC/STOP button on the CD
tuner deck.
TAPE (this unit) = MD (CD MD Tuner
only)
Use the A.S.E.S. function to play back a cassette tape on
this unit while automatically recording onto a MiniDisc
on the CD MD tuner.
1. Insert a MiniDisc to the CD MD tuner.
2. Press the LINE 1, 2 OPT IN button on the CD
MD tuner to select TAPE function.
3. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button (0) and load a
recorded tape.
Be sure to insert the cassette in the direction shown
( P. 15). Inserting the cassette backwards will cause
a malfunction or damage.
4. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to close the
tray.
5. Set the Dolby NR to the same position used
for recording.
Tapes recorded using Dolby noise reduction should
always be played back with the noise reduction sys-
tem turned ON. The NR system is turned ON and
OFF alternately with each press of the button as
shown.

¶ Il n'est pas possible de retirer les cassettes pen-
dant le fonctionnement A.S.E.S. Pour retirer une
cassette installée, appuyez sur la touche d'arrêt
(7) et annulez la fonction A.S.E.S. avant de la
retirer.
7 Pour arrêter manuellement
l'enregistrement
Appuyez sur la touche d'arrêt (7). Vous pouvez aussi
arrêter l'enregistrement en appuyant sur la touche
REC/STOP du Combiné radio/cassette/CD.
CASSETE (Cet appareil) = MD
(Combiné radio/MD/CD seulement)
Utilisez la fonction A.S.E.S. pour reproduire une cassette
sur cet appareil, tout en l'enregistrant simultanément sur
un mini-disque, placé dans le Combiné radio/MD/CD.
1. Insérez un mini-disque dans le Combiné radio/
MD/CD.
2. Appuyez sur la touche LINE 1, 2 OPT IN du
Combiné radio/MD/CD pour sélectionner
TAPE.
3. Appuyez sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE (0) et
installez une cassette enregistrée.
Insérez la cassette dans le sens indiqué (
Son insertion à l'envers provoquerait des dégâts ou
une défaillance.
4. Appuyez sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE pour refer-
mer le plateau.
5. Réglez l'interrupteur Dolby NR à la même po-
sition qu'à l'enregistrement.
Les cassettes enregistrées en faisant appel au circuit
réducteur de bruit Dolby doivent toujours être
reproduites avec intercalage (ON) du circuit. Sa mise
en/hors service (ON/OFF) est commandée
alternativement par poussée sur la touche comme
illustré.
