The VRM-2200 PRO USB was designed for digital high-quality recordings at the computer.
The microphone gets its power from the computer through the USB cable.

Safety Instructions
Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by authorized dealers. Damage,
caused by manual modifications on this device is not subject to warranty. If the microphone is
used for other purposes than originally intended or if it is not correctly connected, the product may
suffer damages and the guarantee becomes void.
Protect the device against humidity and heat. The ambient temperature must always be between
-5° C and +45° C. The relative humidity must not exceed 50 % with an ambient temperature of 45° C.
Installation
Computer USB port
Connect the VRM-2200 PRO USB to a computer with available USB port. As soon as the VRM-2200
PRO USB is connected to a computer, it is recognizd as USB device and is automatically installed. No
additional drivers are required.
Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98
The VRM-2200 PRO USB can be defined as "Default device" for "Sound recording" in the Audio tab
under "Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices".
Mac OS 9, OS X
The VRM-2200 PRO USB can be defined as the computer's audio input in the Input tab under
"System Preferences/Sound".
Screw the shock mount on your microphone stand and insert the VRM-2200 PRO USB from above.

Cleaning and Maintenance
For cleaning the microphone only use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Make sure not to allow any
water to enter the device and never use any solvent cleansers.
