Take all parts out of the packaging and check that
they are complete.

3 x clamping sleeves (2 x 1.6mm; 1 x 2.4mm)
2 x tungsten electrodes (1.6 x 73mm)

4. Intended use
The TIG welding torch set is designed for TIG
welding (tungsten inert gas welding) in combination
with the appropriate welding set and shielding gas.
The machine is to be used only for its prescribed
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of
misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries
of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.
5. Technical data
Hose package length:
Clamping sleeve diameter: 1.6/2.4 mm
Ceramic nozzles: Size 4/5/6
6. Before starting the equipment
6.1 Assembly and connection (Fig. 3-5)
Please note that the appropriate gas for the
material you wish to weld must be used.
Steel (Fe) = ArCO2
Aluminum (Al) = Ar
(not supported by this equipment)
Stainless steel (V2A) = ArO2
Assemble the welding torch as shown in Figure 3.
Before you start welding, the tungsten needle must
be sharpened. Which tungsten needle should be
used with which welding current is shown in the table
below:
