Special instructions
• Do not use the slicer for frozen foods, meat with bones, vegetables or anything
other than food.
• If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an
authorised specialist company or a similarly qualifi ed person.
• Do not use extension cords.
• Do not pull the plug out of the outlet by the cord, but hold it with your hand when
unplugging it.
• Do not use the machine with wet hands or barefoot.
• Place the slicer away from heat sources.
• Even if the machine is equipped with safety devices, keep your hands away from
the blade and moving parts.
• Unplug the machine before maintenance and dismantling work and before
cleaning the safety devices. Make sure that the knob is in position [0].
• Remove the blade guard regularly by unscrewing the screw in the middle of the
blade guard. Then clean both the blade and the inside of the blade guard with
alcohol or warm water.

Danger of injury! Children must not use the device! Persons with
mental, sensory or physical limitations may only use the device if they
have been thoroughly familiarised with the functions and safety
precautions by a responsible supervisor and understand the
associated risks. Keep children away from the device and ensure that
they do not play with the device.

• Keep the packaging and all parts of the packaging in a safe place in case you
need to transport the device again at a later date.
• The packaging is suitable for transport by any means of transport.
• The unit weighs more than 15 kg and should be lifted and carried by 2 persons.
Notes on location
• The ambient temperature at the location should be between 8-30 °C, the maximum
air humidity between 30-80 %.
• Place the unit on a stable work surface and leave at least 15 cm space around the
unit on all sides.
