INSTALLATION

• The ambient temperature at the location should be between 8-30 °C, the maximum
air humidity between 30-80 %.
• Place the unit on a stable work surface and leave at least 15 cm space around the
unit on all sides.
• Mount the sharpener group (10), thumb guard (24) and round protective handle
(25). These parts protect the user. If you remove the sharpener group, the unit will
not operate. Never use the unit without the guards mounted.
• There is a microswitch on the blade guard locking knob (9). When the button is
turned off, the appliance automatically stops operating, thus ensuring the safety of
the user.
Levelling
• Make sure that the rotary knob (6) is in position [0]. Check that the movable
partition (2) is aligned parallel to the blade in zone [A].
• If not, align the partition by screwing or unscrewing the right foot (12).
