13.8.1 If DIP3 is set to ON (IDA is activated)
Setting DIP8 to ON
OFF-button (S5) can be configured and alarm delays
depend on DIP4
• The OFF-button (S5) is bypassed, i.e. has no function,
the unit can not be turned off with the OFF-button (S5).
This can be useful for preventing users from unintention-
ally turning off the unit.
Setting DIP8 to OFF
• The unit can be turned off with the OFF-button (S5).
13.8.2 If DIP3 is set to OFF (IDA is not activated)
OFF-button (S5)can be configured and alarm delays

Setting DIP8 to ON
• The OFF-button (S5) is bypassed, i.e. has no function,
the unit can not be turned off with the OFF-button (S5).
This can be useful for preventing users from unintention-
ally turning off the unit.
• There is no alarm delay.
Setting DIP8 to OFF
• The unit can be turned off with the OFF-button (S5). This
is useful since personnel can enter the room in the mor-
ning, press the OFF-button (S5) thus preventing an alarm
from being sent and put the alarm away for the day.
By pressing the ON button (S6) when unit is in OFF mode,
movement alarms are discarded during the 15 seconds,
which is useful when the unit is used as a bed alarm.
• Alarm delay is set to 15 seconds.
