7.5 Repairs

Repairing works may only be done with original spare parts and by licenced repairing staff/distributors. Opening a device or
its components as well as installing non-genuine parts of any kind will immediately void any warranty and can represent a
high security risk.

7.6 Warranty information

Please keep the receipt of your Lou Board safe, for warranty claims.
After the purchase of a new Lou Board, you have the following warranty guarantee:

2 year warranty on the device (excluding battery and wheels)

6 month warranty on the battery
Your warranty claim will be void:

After opening or manipulating the device by unlicensed personnel.

If there is no accordance between the device and the purchasing receipt.

After improper handling, usage or storage of the device.

After non-compliance with one of the topics in this user manual
