Site installer operation
1. Run the application Site Installer
2. Select the Graphical Relay Board by right clicking it's
icon, select 'Configure Repeater'
3. Select an output and select 'Add Rule'.
The rules that you can select for the Graphical Relay
Board are: Fire, Fault, Disablement, Test panel, Test zone,
Pre-alarm, FRE, FPE, Reset
Each output on the Graphical Relay Board can have a number of
different rules defined. They are different options which can be
selected for each rule:
Global, By zone, By address, By pane,l By loop, Manual
Example
To select the Graphical Relay Board to respond to a fire
by an address:
1. Select trigger type as fire
2. Select option 'By Address'
3. Select the address to 'respond to'
4. Click OK
Each output on the Graphical Relay Board can have a number of
different rules defined. They are different options which can be
selected for each rule:
Global, By zone, By address, By panel, By loop, Manual
The Graphical Mimic allows additional control so rules can be
evaluated as AND (all rules must be trigger for the output to
trigger) or OR logic (any rules must trigger to activate the output
to activate).
The exception to this rule is FRE input trigger type, which if
added, means regardless of the selected logic, FRE is always
required for the output to activate.

How to use the site installer to download the rules
Graphical Relay Board
Change the jumper on J10 from LOOP to RS232 SETUP
•
Place a jumper on J2
•
Connect a serial cable to the Graphical Relay Board
•
Press the RESET button on the Graphical Relay Board
•
Site installer
The repeater conguration is not stored on the panel but instead
directly uploaded to the repeater hardware directly. To perform the
upload, right click on the icon in site installer and select 'Upload
Rules to Repeater'. The download from Site Installer
will commence.

Remove the serial cable to the Graphical Relay Board

Change the jumper on J10 from RS232 SETUP back to LOOP
•
Remove the jumper on J2
•
Press the RESET button on the Graphical Relay Board
•
Reset the panel that the Graphical Relay Board is connected to
•
