WARRANTIES - After-sales service
Swimming pool 300x555 - H140 cm
Warranty conditions:
The swimming pool must be assembled within 48 hours of the package being opened.
For the warranty to be valid, a concrete slab must be in place.
Our warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts. It in no way covers demands for compensation or damages. The general warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
• Use of the equipment in a way which is not in accordance with the instructions.
• Damage incurred as a result of bad handling during and after assembly. or any changes made to structural elements without the manufacturer's agreement
1) Pump : 2 year warranty (electrical problems) under normal conditions of use. The following are not covered by the warranty: damage due to abrasion or corrosion (particularly in the case of treating the water by
salt electrolysis), damage due to a faulty connection, equipment dismantled or repaired by a third party, breakage of parts (pump stand, pre-filter cover, grooved end fitting), using the pump when it is empty or
immersing the pump (e.g. if the pump house is flooded). The warranty is not valid if the electric cable and/or the plug are replaced, removed or damaged.
2) Liner : 2 year warranty under normal conditions of use. The following are not covered by the warranty: rips, holes, tears, stains (treatment products put straight into the water) stains related to the development
of algae, stains related to decomposing foreign bodies in contact with the liner, stains and discolorations resulting from the impact of oxidising products, discoloration and wear due to materials rubbing on various
surfaces. Distortions in the liner if it has been out of water for more than 24 hours (never completely empty your pool). See the warranty document that comes with the liner.
3) Filter : 2 year warranty under normal conditions of installation and use: tank, drain plug, collar and multiport valve.... The following are not covered by the warranty: problems with waterproof sealing due to
operating at a level of pressure which exceeds the maximum pressure permitted (see instructions for the filter).
4) Skimmer : 2 year warranty on the waterproof seals.
5) Wooden structure : 10 year warranty against rotting and damage caused by insects. The following are not covered by the warranty: changes in the colour of the wood caused by the climate, natural distortions
(splits, cracks, knots and minor flaws in the tongues of the planks which do not have any adverse effect on the mechanical strength of the wood or on the assembling of the pool). The warranty does not cover
incorrect assembling or storage which may cause the wood for the sides of the pool to become warped (assembling the pool a long time after contents have been taken out of the packaging) or distortion of the
planks by the pressure of the water, which does not have any detrimental effect on the mechanical resistance of the pool. Any additional protection of the wood for the structure can only be undertaken using a
product which is compatible with autoclave treatment.
IMPORTANT : The after-sales service will be available only at point of sale.
