(6) Maintenance / repair
ATTENTION: Always remove the mains plug prior to maintenance, cleaning or working on the water
separator.
1.
Undo the control part (upper part) from the water reservoir (lower part); undo four brackets and
carefully remove the upper part to the top.
2.
Check and clean the coarse filter insert (1) every day.
3.
Clean the particle filter (2) every use, and replace, if necessary.
4.
Prior to cleaning the pump (3) and the housing, remove the plug connector of the pump and undo
the pump holder (4) with the two wing nuts. Then remove the pump.
5.
Check the cable attachment of the earthing cable and cable plug regularly. Cables and plugs
which are out of order must be replaced.
6.
Maintenance and repair works should be carried out only by a specialist workshop. If these works
are carried out by any third party, the guarantee and liability will expire.
ATTENTION: Do not damage the level detector in the process !
