WARRANTY
Loc8tor Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from significant defects in material and workmanship
for two years beginning on the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.
Should the product need to be returned it must be sent back to the original place of purchase to be processed.
Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. If purchased direct from Loc8tor Ltd (or via the mytabcat.com website)
a returns authorisation number is required prior to the product being returned. Product must be returned by signed delivery
in suitable protective packaging.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, tampering or has been modified
in any way.
Without prejudice to your rights Loc8tor Ltd. may replace a defective product or issue a credit against future purchases.
No other warranties, express or implied are made.
Loc8tor Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages whether or not the purpose for which you
purchased the product was made known to Loc8tor Ltd., the retailer or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected in
any way.
FCC STATEMENT
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the
FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which
can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
CAUTION - Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Loc8tor Ltd. can void the users authority to operate the Tabcat.
