This international warranty is only valid provided that
your watch was acquired from an Eterna authorised
retailer or an approved Eterna general agent, and is
accompanied by your watch's warranty card, duly
completed, dated and signed . The warranty excludes:
• Damage due to loss, theft, accident, fire, incorrect
handling, inappropriate use, failing to observe the
operating instructions, lack of care or normal wear-and-
tear resulting from use on the wrist and from ageing
(e .g . scratches on the case, strap colour alteration or
battery changes) .
• Damage caused deliberately, due to negligence or
resulting from a service operation performed by an
individual not authorised by Eterna .
• Indirect damage resulting from usage, lack of accuracy,
malfunctions or any other failure of your Eterna watch .
The obligation of Eterna is strictly limited to repairing
your watch, in accordance with the terms of the present
warranty .
