●Our warranty covers only workmanship and manufacturing defects of the original and unmodified car, engine and parts, and claims
resulting from bad fuel, crashes, abuse, improper operation, improper mounting, improper adjustment, or lack of maintenance will not be
honored. We have made every effort in material selection, component design and assembling. Your model is not a toy but a sophisticated
and high performance radio control model which you have to treat with care and respect. Do not use your car in the water, on the sand and
mud ! It is your responsability to make the needed maintenance and to periodically replace consumable components of the car and engine
both.
Claims must be forwarded to the LHS or Dealer where you have purchased your product, and they will forward them to the RB distributor
in your country. These claims must be well documented. This warranty is extended solely by the manufacturer, RB Products of Allevard
France, and all claims are therefore subject to expert examination and approval by RB Products. RB Warranty covers all the components
delivered with the car. It is a 30 day components warranty from the date of purchase.
●Notre garantie couvre les vices de fabrication du produit original, non modifié. Elle ne couvre pas les incidents liés à une utilisation
inadaptée ou à l'utilisation d'accessoires ou de carburant non adaptés à la voiture et au moteur, aux chocs ou à de mauvais réglages.
Nous avons particulièrement soigné la qualité des composants et matériaux ainsi que l'assemblage. Votre modèle n'est pas un jouet mais
un véhicule radio commandé sophistiqué et de haute performance ; vous devez le traiter avec attention et respect. Ne roulez pas dans l'eau,
le sable fin et la boue ! Il est de votre responsabilité d'effectuer la maintenance nécessaire et de remplacer régulièrement les composants
consommables de la voiture et du moteur.
Les réclamations doivent être adressées à votre revendeur habituel qui les communiquera au distributeur RB de votre pays. Cette
réclamation devra être accompagnée du maximum de renseignements et une requête précise. Cette garantie est prise en charge par RB
Products à Allevard. Chaque réclamation fera l'objet d'une expertise technique et d'une approbation par RB Products. La garantie RB
couvre tous les composants livrés avec la voiture. La garantie est valable 30 jours à partir de la date d'achat.

Anpassung oder mangelnde Wartung dies wird nicht honoriert werden. Wir haben eine besondere Materialauswahl, Teile Design sowie
Kontrolle der Montage gemacht. Ihr Modell ist kein Spielzeug, sondern eine anspruchsvolles und leistungsstarkes Funkmodell, daß
man mit Sorgfalt und Respekt behandelt muss. Benutzen Sie Ihr Auto nicht im Wasser, auf dem Sand und im Schlamm! Es liegt in Ihrer
Verantwortung, die nötigen Wartungsarbeiten zu machen und regelmäßig Verbrauchsmaterialien des Autos sowie Motors zu ersetzen.
Ansprüche müssen zuerst an den Fachhändler, wo Sie das Auto gekauft haben weitergeleitet werden. Dieser sendet eventuell Ihr
Produkt, an den RB Vertriebspartner in Ihrem Land zurück. Wobei die Reklamation gut dokumentiert sein muss. Diese Garantie wird
ausschließlich durch den Hersteller, RB Products Allevard Frankreich, abgewickelt und alle Ansprüche unterliegen daher Begutachtung
und Genehmigung von RB Products. RB Garantie deckt alle Komponenten die mit dem Auto geliefert wurden ab. Es gilt eine 30-tägige
Garantie auf alle Komponenten ab dem Zeitpunkt des Kaufs.
●Nuestra garantía legal cobre solo defectos de producción y/o montaje del coche, motor y cualquier componente, desde que en su
estado original y sin cualquier cambio o manipulación, y cualquier reclamación que derive de mal combustible, golpes, choques, abusos,
utilización impropia, montaje con errores, ajustes mal hechos, o falta de mantenimiento, no será atendida. Hemos hecho un grande
esfuerzo en la selección del material, diseño de los componentes y su montaje. Su modelo no es un juguete pero un modelo de radio
control sofisticado y de altas prestaciones que tiene que ser tratado con cuidado y respeto. No use su coche en agua, en arena y barro !
Es de su responsabilidad hacer el necesario mantenimiento y cambiar periódicamente los componentes consumibles del coche y motor.
Las reclamaciones deben ser remitidas para la tienda donde ha comprado su producto, que las remitirá al distribuidor RB de su país.
Estas reclamaciones deben estar bien documentadas. Esta garantía es extendida solamente por el fabricante, RB Products de Allevard
Francia, y todas las reclamaciones están, por lo tanto, sujetas a verificación especializada y aprobación por RB Products. La garantía
de RB cobre todos los componentes suministrados con el coche. Es una garantía de 30 días, desde la fecha de la compra, para los
componentes.
