The quality of SubSession's sound is affected by the way you position the satellites relative to
each other, to you, and to your room.
Try and place yourself the same distance from each satellite. A general rule is that the distance
between the satellites should be about 75% of the distance between you and each satellite.
So, for example, if the distance between you and the satellites is 1m, place the satellites .75m
apart; if the distance is 2m, place them 1.5m apart; if 3m, then 2.25m apart; if 4m, then 3m
apart, and so on. You can also try turning the satellites inwards a little so that they point to-
wards you rather than straight down the room.
Try to position the satellites so that the top, high-range cone (the tweeter) is at about the sa-
me level as your ears. Loudspeaker stands are ideal for this.

Subwoofer

You can place the subwoofer virtually anywhere you want, but generally the closer a subwoo-
fer is to the walls or floor, the more bass it will generate.
After placing the subwoofer, you can then adjust the amount of bass by using the Sub control
on the amplifier. For the best results, make sure the bass reflex port (the hole at the front of
the subwoofer) isn't obscured.
