GENERAL INFORMATION

PURPOSE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions provide information that wffi
assist in planning for the installation of your pro-
cessor. It describes the electrical, plumbing, and
other physical requirements which must be met
to ensure a complete and satisfactory installation.
POINT OF VIEW
All references to directions (left-right-front and
rear) are as viewed from the automatic recorder's
position at the loading end of the processor,
unless specified otherwise. Consequently, the
typesetter is located at the „front" of the proce-
ssor, and the film basket at the rear.
WORKING SPACE
Make sure that your doors and hallways are wide
enough to allow moving the processor to the
desired position. Moving the processor is a two-
person job.
NOTE: Do not lift the processor by
holding the conveyor or cassette.

PRE-INSTALLATION
When installing the processor, you must allow
sufficient space for easy access to the racks and
the dryer. For service reasons it is necessary to
provide for a free space of at least 75 cm all
around the processor. See place requirements
chapter 1.
Load on the floor
The processor is to be installed on a waterproof
floor, that is able to bear the weight of the pro-
cessor in operation. See chapter 1 for
specifications.
A drip tray is standard on On line systems.
