It is most important that the used material
does not have any folds. The front edge
must be straight and cut off at right angles to
the transport direction.
In order to ensure a uniform and safe trans-
port in the cross-overs the material must be
inserted parallel to the sides of the feed slot
The insertion must always take place under
one of the sensors in the feed slot.
If the mains to the processor is
switched off for periods longer than
one hour, the top cover must be pus-
hed approximately 10 cm backwards to
prevent condensation in the cassette
Never put racks on the dryer cover in
order to prevent chemicals from run-

START PROCEDURE

Note: Before starting up the processor,
please check that the cross over ladder
guides in the wet section and the
guides in the dryer are correctly placed
in the holes in the side plates

1) Remove the three overflow pipes and
racks in the tanks.
Rinse the tanks thoroughly with water.
2) Mount the three overflow pipes - red for
developer, blue for fixer, and grey for water.
Fill the tanks and replenishment containers
with water.
3) Mount the three racks, and check that the
gears on each rack and the worms on the
main drive shaft are in mesh. If not - make
adjusments on the screws in the bottom of
the side plates on the racks.
4) Switch the processor ON - Mains switch
to on. Press
Check the following:
- are the racks correctly placed?
- do the circulation pumps work properly? If
not, switch off the processor.
- has all air been expelled from the circulation
pumps and hoses?
Note: It is most important that all air be
expelled as the pumps must not run
dry at any time
