Operating indicator flashing, fault indicator flashing:
Cause:
Mains fault - mains voltage outside the tolerance range
Remedy:
Check mains conditions
Operating indicator on, fault indicator on:
Cause:
Charging cables not connected to correct terminals. Reverse polarity
protection has tripped.
Remedy:
Connect battery poles correctly
Charger switches off during charging
Cause:
Ambient temperature too high. Overtemperature protection active
Remedy:
Allow charger to cool down. Charging will recommence automatically once
the charger has cooled sufficiently. If not, have it checked by a workshop.
Operating indicator on, fault indicator flashing, charge level indicator 1/2/3/4
flashing
Cause:
Battery faulty (cell short circuit, heavy sulphation)
Remedy:
Check battery and replace if necessary
WARNING! Operating the equipment incorrectly can cause serious injury and
damage. Follow the battery manufacturer's instructions. The battery must not
be connected to the charger when setting parameters.
