• The unit must be installed in a well ventilated room,
possibly underneath a hood.
• Only a qualified and authorized gas expert may
install and service the unit, connect it to the gas
mains, convert or adapt it to another type of gas
or eliminate any faults.
Prior to installation you should obtain authoriza-
tion from the local gas board to install the unit.
• Prior to connecting the unit, install a cutoff cock
upstream between the unit and the distribution
network.
• The unit can be placed on a work surface or
mounted on the wall (in this case the wall must be
of a non flammable material). A minimum distance
of 200 mm must be left all round the unit, away
from any walls in flammable material or other ad-

with then insulation is essential, e.g. using tiles or
a radiation protection on adjacent walls.
The distance recommended on the right side is 300
mm; this is necessary to allow for maintenance or
repairs.

Location
The supplementary plate is also made of self-ad-
hesive polyester and is affixed near the data plate; it
contains all information regarding the actual unit.
The unit is equipped with a 7.4 kW burner (mini-
mum thermal capacity 4.5 kW).
The combustion chamber and burner are in stain-
less steel.
The unit is in stainless steel and fitted with 4 height-
adjustable feet. The gas connection ramp complies
with the (ISO 7-1) prescriptions and has a diameter
of R1/2"G.
All fittings have metallic seals, guaranteed by the
use of bicones. Gas pipes, from the ramp to the cock,
are made of galvanized steel while those from the
cock to the burner are made of copper.
Thermal capacity can be adjusted from maximum
to minimum by means of the cock (fitted with valve)
which is completely safe.
A pilot burner is used to ignite the main burner.
available on request as an optional plus the
protection plate. Make sure the wall is made of
brick and not of a flammable material and make
sure it can withstand a weight of approximately
32 kg.
The brackets are to be fixed to the wall in the fol-
lowing manner: drill holes in the wall following
the installation diagram, use 4 steel wall bolts
suitable for M6 screws (Fischer SLM6 or their
equivalent) (fig.4).
