6.5.4 Switching off mixing system
To switch off the mixing system, proceed as follows:
• After the mixing process is completed, remove the mixing jar from the holder.
• Switch off the main switch.
• Clean the TOPITEC TOUCH and the accessories.

• If the device is not to be operated for a prolonged period of time, switch it off
at the main switch and disconnect the power cable.
6.5.5 Restarting mixing system after error or fault
If the mixing system has been affected by a fault or error, first have the problem eliminated
by a specialist technician. After a thorough inspection of the device, restart it.
6.5.6 Restarting after power failure
When the power is back, reset the mixing system in manual mode to its initial position and
check it. You can then restart the device in automatic mode.
Note
When in operation, the device must be constantly supervised.
