5.3.7 Procedure of setup for RS485 communication with multiple inverters

If you communicate with more than 2 inverters by RS485, you have to set
address number of inverter and RS485 switch.
(1) Set up of Address number
5.3.6 Setting Address Number - RS485 communication with external
device (See p.76).
(2) Set up of RS485 switch
RS485 switch is located in left side of DC terminal.
RS485 switch is 3-position type. When the switch is upper side, termina-
tion resistor is connected.
When the switch is middle side or lower side, termination resistor is not
connected.
If the inverter, which connected most end of communication line, RS485
switch should be set "ON" position. The other inverter's RS485 switch
should be set "OFF" position.(Default setting, RS485 switch is "ON".)
